Grilled Pork Chops
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 1 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes, optional
- 8 (1/2-inch thick) pork chops
Coat each pork chop with the seasoning. Refrigerate for at least a couple hours (up to 24 hours).
Grill at approximately 400 degrees F, about 7 to 8 minutes on each side.
- 1 Cup Apple Cider
- 1/4 cup Corn Starch
- 1 large apple, diced
- 1/4 cup celery
Boil apple cider in a saucepan over medium-high heat until reduced to 1/2 cup, 8 to 10 minutes. Reduce the heat to low; add cornstarch, apple, celery. Bring to boil to thicken and add over pork chops
