Roast Pork Loin with strawberry kiwi glaze


  • 3 lb.boneless pork loin
  • 1/4 cup season salt
  • 12 oz. citrus flavored soda
  • 1/2 pint strawberries sliced
  • 4 kiwi peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup Splenda or sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup corn starch

Preheat oven to 350.  Season roast place in pan and bake uncovered for 40 to 50 mins or until internal temp is at least 150.   In small.
